While we are pleased to announce that the problem has already been resolved for the majority of players, we understand that some of you may still be experiencing inconveniences. We understand some of you have faced issues purchasing UC in BGMI and in order to address the on-going issue we have implemented a fix.



Next Steps:


1) Re-login to the Google account which made the actual purchase
2) Re-login to the other social account which actually receive the UC(or prime)
  • Make sure you relogin to the BGMI App
  • This requires a game restart
